How do I get started?
If you’re 18 or over, and live in the UK, click on the ‘contact’ page and send me your details, and I will email you a detailed questionnaire for you to complete online and email back to me. The questionnaire will cover the following:
Your personal details
Your current medical conditions
Your family history of medical conditions
Your own past and present medical conditions and current symptoms
Your emotions and mood
Your exercise levels
Your eating habits
Your feelings and beliefs about food and drink
What does the 2 weeks coaching involve?
Once I’ve received your completed questionnaire, I will assess your answers and send you a bespoke nutrition report with recommendations. During the 2 weeks of your online coaching, you send me your food diary of each day’s eating, and I will give you feedback to nudge you into adopting healthier choices and monitor your progress.
When you actively participate in the coaching, you will learn faster, make faster progress and become more motivated. The act of filling in those food diaries will have a profound psychological effect on your behaviour going forward.
In addition, I will encourage you to cook your own healthy meals and prepare your own healthy snacks, as well as performing a kitchen clearout of foods that are sabotaging you.
I don’t sell crazy diet pills or powders. I don’t advocate restrictive diets or sudden weight loss. What I do is to broaden your horizons, raise your expectations, raise your awareness and empower you to take control of your eating habits.
How much does it cost?
