Have you used a punch tracking sensor? One of the most popular on the market is the Hykso punch tracker. You strap it under your boxing glove, and it sends data to an app to record speed and striking intensity, even the type of punch (uppercut, jab etc). The app also enables you to compare your performance with other users, in a Hykso virtual community. Boxing gyms in London should seriously look at getting this tracker for its members.
